Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a plumbing Quotations Specialist located in Ottawa, ON. The Quotations Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes for our clients, analyzing project specifications, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring the efficiency of the quotation process. The role involves evaluating and interpreting drawings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and pricing, and providing exceptional customer service. Secondary responsibilities include serving customers at the counter,
answering phones as well as preparing shipping and receiving orders in the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Experience with preparing and analyzing quotations and project specifications
- Ability to interpret and evaluate architectural and mechanical engineering drawings
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quotations and project management
- Customer service experience to provide outstanding service to clients
- Knowledge of plumbing products and pricing is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotes
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
