Overview

Duties

- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training & development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage relationships with vendors.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and reporting purposes.
- Monitor store budget, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Organize promotional events and oversee merchandising displays to maximize sales potential.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team productivity for management review.

Requirements :

- Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
- Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, training & development processes.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and budgeting accurately.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
