RJames Western Star (a division of RJames Management Group Ltd.) offers sales, maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and semi-trucks. We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a new part-time position. Total hours will be 20 hours per week scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome customers and visitors in a timely, professional, and friendly manner both in person and on the phone and obtain as much information about the customer and vehicle data before their arrival




- Accurately listen to and communicate with the customer regarding all problems and concerns with their vehicle and/or work in process
- Explain the nature of the work to be performed and all estimated costs to the customer in as much detail as necessary prior to repairs
- Invoice and helping with processing daily warranty claims
- Correct rejected claims to ensure maximum number of claims are paid daily

QUALIFICATIONS

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in a heavy duty truck or automotive dealership
- Must be able to present yourself in a positive, professional manner to colleagues and customers
