Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage options to assist guests effectively

Experience





- Robust customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Experience in serving, food handling, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Barista experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$27.65 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week
