Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, assessing vehicle issues, and recommending appropriate services.

Duties :

- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership/service center
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a qualified and timely manner

Experience :





- Previous experience in automotive repair or service industry preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Cash handling experience is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of dealership operations and procedures is beneficial
