About Expeditors & Logistics Manitoba

Expeditors & Logistics Manitoba provides logistics, expediting, airport meet-and-greet services, freight coordination, and transportation support throughout Northern Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. We work closely with remote lodges, mining operations, charter companies, and Northern communities.

We are currently seeking a reliable independent subcontractor to assist with various logistics and transportation operations in and around Winnipeg.

Scope of Work

- Meet and greet guests at Winnipeg airport and FBOs
- Coordinate luggage, freight, and passenger transfers to hotels
- Perform supply runs and purchasing for Northern clients
- Assist with freight organization, warehousing, and deliveries
- Communicate with airlines, charter companies, lodges, and clients
- Maintain accurate logs, schedules, and delivery records
- Assist with loading/unloading freight and equipment
- Support day-to-day logistics operations and dispatch coordination

Assignments may vary day-to-day depending on operational requirements.

- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including early mornings,evenings,



holidays or weekends when required
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience is considered an asset
- Experience in logistics, transportation, aviation, warehousing, or expediting is preferred

Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required :

- Clean driver’s abstract preferred

- Proficient in english with strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, aviation, or customer service is considered an asset
