Job Title: Personal Line - account manager

Responsibilities :

- Provide service to group policy customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Responsible to sale new auto & home insurance

Requirements :

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- RIBO licensed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Epic trained is an asset
- Experience working on insurance company portals an asset
