Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions accurately and handle cash safely during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food handling duties, including portioning, plating, and packaging food items
- Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods
- Follow all sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required




- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and upselling products

Pay: $15.80-$17.50 per hour
