We are looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales and Team Associates. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, wellness, nutrition, customer service, and social media engagement.

Position Summary

The Sales and Team Associate plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. Associates are responsible for helping customers find the right products, maintaining store standards, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a positive and team-oriented environment.

This position also includes representing Supplement World on Instagram and social media by participating in promotional content, engaging with customers online, and helping grow the brand’s community presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their fitness, health, and wellness goals




- Recommend supplements, vitamins, sports nutrition, and wellness products based on customer needs
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management and product displays
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, health trends, and company initiatives
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and positive workplace culture
- Represent the company professionally both in-store and online
- Be the face of the brand on Instagram and social media by appearing in promotional videos, photos, reels, livestreams, and customer engagement content
- Support marketing campaigns and help promote products, events, and special offers through social media

Qualifications :

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Passion for fitness, nutrition, health, and wellness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
- Confidence appearing on camera and participating in social media content
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
