Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in merchandising activities to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while managing inventory levels.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.




- Solid customer service skills with a focus on communication and relationship building.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
