Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records accurately using systems
- Collect patient demographics, insurance details, and co-payments during check-in and check-out
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies and confidentiality standards

Skills

- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology relevant to healthcare settings




- Prior experience working in Medical or Dental Office settings demonstrating familiarity with front desk operations
- Excellent communication skills, including experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative procedures

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
