At Carstar Rich's Auto Collision, we believe in teamwork, customer service, continuous improvement, and creating a positive workplace. We’re hiring a Jr. Receptionist / Jr. Estimator who wants to learn the collision repair industry from the ground up.
This role combines front office/customer service responsibilities with hands-on training in vehicle estimating and repair coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones
- Helping coordinate repair progress updates
- Assisting estimators with photos and repair documentation
- Learning estimating software and insurance procedures
- Supporting shop operations and workflow

Experience
- Experience is great, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
