As an Optical Assistant / Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. You will be the first point of contact in our clinic while supporting both the administrative and optical sides of the practice. We are looking for a TEAM member who is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintaining a clean, organized reception and retail area
- Handling administrative duties and coordinating patient flow
- Upholding excellent customer service standards through strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred




- Optical experience is an asset but not required
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced workplace
- Passion for working with people and delivering an exceptional patient experience
