The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for our Cam Clark Ford Lincoln dealership in North Vancouver, BC.

With over 20 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!

You will be accountable for :

- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answering the telephone in a warm and courteous manner.
- Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representative or department.
- Coordinating all courier pickups, ordering toner supplies.
- Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested.




- Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
- Maintaining the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have :

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.

- North Vancouver, BC V7P 3R8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
