As a Seasonal Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll assist with reception duties, administrative tasks, and sales support.

What You’ll Do : Front Desk & Administrative Support

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage calls, direct inquiries, and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle office tasks, including filing, data entry, mail processing, and supply inventory.
- Compile and analyze reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For :

- Customer service or sales experience (CRM knowledge is a plus!).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly and outgoing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
