PARC Retirement Living seeks a temporary, part-time Chef de Partie for its Food and Beverage team. You will prepare meals according to established menus, maintain kitchen standards, and contribute creative menu ideas. The schedule runs Thursday through Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare meals with artistic plating and proper portions
- Follow protected food-handling procedures during meal preparation
- Receive, label, store, and rotate food deliveries
- Maintain clean kitchens, equipment, countertops, and beverage centre
- Monitor resident satisfaction through dining-room conversations

Requirements:
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of similar-position experience
- Food Safe Level 1 and WHMIS certifications
- Experience with portion control, menus, and commercial equipment
- Understanding of seniors’ needs and professional services
