Qualifications

- University degree in a related field such as business communications human resources organizational development psychology or public administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Significant experience leading change management for large business or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement change impact assessment readiness assessment communications training support facilitation and executive advisory services.
- Excellent communication planning problem-solving and coordination skills required.




- Professional certification in change management or project management is considered an asset.
- Experience with enterprise asset management or complex enterprise system implementations is preferred.
