Position Summary : Monitor inventory levels, continuous cyclical cycle counting, and maintain accurate records across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain an inventory change log for all needed transactions.
- Perform/Support Root Cause Analysis for dollar and/or quantities defined by part affected.
- Analyze transaction log monthly for pattern parts, perform/support RCA.
- Report Monthly on inventory turns, completed and active RCA’s, dollars losses and gains.
- Annual goals on performance review.
- Maintain accurate inventory reports.




- Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies. Perform root cause analysis to close gaps and implement inventory control strategies.
- Identify obsolete inventory.
- Monitor & coordinate inventory transfers between plants and offsite.
- Coordinate and perform continuous cyclical cycle counting.
- Complete inventory corrections in ERP as needed.
- Obsolescence claim photos and part movement coordination.
- Lead annual inventory event.
- Recommend continuous improvement inventory practices.
- Train employees on inventory systems.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly cycle counting.
- Systems transactions for Quality (IPD & DMR), and review of negative reports are required to maintain system integrity.
- Daily review of finished work orders
- Work closely with customer service, production, quality, purchasing, shipping and receiving to ensure timely transit and deliver of product
- Communicate status of products off site as needed
- Review all supplier schedules/releases for integrity and correct where necessary
- When required, advise Buyer Manager and production of pending issues so that this can be managed to avoid production/customer interruption.
- Review P.O. report
- Will comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

- Supply chain management
- Manufacturing experience
- 3 + years relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting etc.
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent with business software Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Flexibility and Responsiveness
- Familiar with ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Planning and Scheduling
