This is not a retail or chain pharmacy job. Join a respected specialty pharmacy that prioritizes patient-centered care over filling quotas. As Pharmacy Manager, you will guide a well-supported team in a relaxed environment.

Key Details :

- System: Kroll
- Volume: Up to 200 Rx/day - manageable and focused on quality.
- Support: Overlapping pharmacists and full assistant support.
- Shifts: Weekdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (mínimal weekends).

Compensation & Benefits :

- Salary: $156,000-$166,000 per year (based on experience)
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage daily pharmacy operations in a non-retail, specialty setting.
- Ensure adherence to all OCP regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacy staff.
- Oversee inventory and clinical programs using Kroll.
- Provide direct patient consultations (immunizations, medication reviews).

What You Bring :

- Licensed Pharmacist in positive standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Experience with Kroll software is strongly preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset; high-performing staff pharmacists ready to advance are encouraged to apply.
