AutoShack is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Manager for our Kanata location.

What You’ll Do

- Support the Store Manager with daily operations
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Lead staff on the sales floor
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and coaching
- Maintain store standards for sales, inventory, and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a corporate, multi-location company
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Comfortable coaching and holding staff accountable
- Available for full time retail hours, including weekends
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Hiring Process

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week
