Overview

Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
- Supervise and support staff, including interviewing and training new team members to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold food quality and safety standards.
- Handle POS transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and oversee cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Monitor customer service interactions to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Support kitchen operations, including food presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health codes.
- Lead by example in hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism to foster a positive work environment.
- Overall manage the store operations as guided by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, with a background in food preparation, cooking,



or kitchen operations preferred.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food industry best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
- Leadership qualities with experience in interviewing and training staff members.
- Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
