We are looking for someone who has some experience in the trucking industry and possess's some knowledge of the day to day operation.
- Excellent at typing
- Proficient in English, both writing and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A team player
- Possessing exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced setting
- Able to pay attention to detail
- Have experience using Transplus Fleet Manager
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Input data into dispatch software (Data Entry will take up the bulk of your time)
- Tracking drivers for updates
- Updating customers with driver updates
- Answering customer/driver inquiries
- Creating ACE's/ACI's
- Forward paperwork for customs clearance
