As an Entry-Level Team Member, you’ll engage directly with residential customers to introduce home internet, cable, and wireless services. You’ll learn how to communicate product information, understand customer needs, and recommend solutions that fit their preferences. This is an opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their communication, customer engagement, and sales skills in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with residential customers through in-person conversations about internet, cable, and wireless services
- Introduce available products and services while explaining relevant features and options
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and attentive service
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Assist customers with comparing available service options and completing sales when appropriate
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and service updates
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity




- Work alongside other team members to share knowledge, support team goals, and improve performance
- Participate in team meetings and product learning sessions to build knowledge and develop professional skills

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with new people in an in-person environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team
- Interest in developing customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset but not required
