Newly licensed, or not getting the deal flow you expected? Envoy Capital Realty Inc., Brokerage is adding a licensed salesperson to our residential leasing team. We have an established rental portfolio and a steady stream of leases that need a reliable agent, so you show units and close leases without hunting for clients.

Commission-based, paid per successful lease. No base salary.

What you'll do

- Show units to prospective tenants
- Screen applicants, including credit, employment, income and reference checks
- Carry out due diligence and document it thoroughly




- Communicate professionally with prospects and the leasing team

What we're looking for

- Registered with RECO as a salesperson or broker in valuable standing
- Trustworthy, reliable and detail-oriented
- Lives in Hamilton or the surrounding area
- Has a reliable vehicle and a valid Ontario driver's licence
- Able to travel to St. Catharines as needed
- New agents welcome. Leasing experience is an asset.
