Our client, a well-established and nationally recognized organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis through to December 2026.

Your New Role

Reporting to the recruitment team, you will support full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly positions across the business. This role requires a proactive recruiter who thrives in a high-volume environment and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions
- Posting vacancies across multiple sourcing channels
- Screening resumes and assessing candidate suitability
- Coordinating pre-placement assessments and criminal record checks
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, career fairs, campus recruitment initiatives, and diversity hiring programs
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
- Preparing recruitment activity reports and hiring updates
- Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment objectives

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Previous recruitment, talent acquisition,



or recruiting coordination experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools is considered an asset
