Regional Sales Director — Pacific

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its sales team and support business growth across British Columbia.

The opportunity

As Regional Sales Director, you will lead and support a regional sales team, build relationships with customers and industry partners, and help drive sales across the territory. Your culinary background will give you the credibility to connect with chefs and foodservice professionals while coaching your team toward results.

The position requires travel throughout British Columbia approximately 65% of the time.

What we’re looking for

- A minimum of five years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen or foodservice environment. This is a mandatory requirement.
- Sales experience as a sales representative, territory manager,



account manager or in a comparable field sales role.
- Experience managing or leading culinary staff, sales staff or both.
- Strong relationship-building, coaching and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout British Columbia approximately 65% of the time.
