? We’re Hiring: Sales Support Coordinator | Mississauga, Ontario

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Commercial team across North and Latin America, helping keep sales initiatives, customer priorities, and business opportunities moving forward.

✈️ What You’ll Do

- Support the Commercial team and contribute to the growth of our Intra-Americas business.
- Partner with sales teams across the Americas to prepare reports, research open items, and keep customer and internal deliverables on track.
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer-specific content, case studies, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Support the Trade Lane Director and sales team with customer follow-ups, A/R coordination, reporting, and customer-facing activities.
- Review marketing-generated leads and coordinate with Sales Operations to route opportunities to the appropriate sales resources across North and Latin America.
- Coordinate ad-hoc commercial requests and collaborate across departments to help resolve issues and keep opportunities moving forward.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support environment.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with Word and PowerPoint.
- CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is preferred,



but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative, resourceful approach with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving customer and business needs.
