The Role

- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Support resource planning and day-to-day project coordination.
- Review outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes.
What You’ll Need
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confidence coordinating tasks and working with different teams.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and project management tools.
- Previous project coordination, administration, or management experience is an asset.
