About the Position

This is an experienced-level line cook position suited to someone who already has solid cooking skills and is confident working independently.

Our ideal candidate can step into an established kitchen, learn our menu and procedures, and take ownership of their shifts.

You'll have the opportunity to work independently while also being part of a supportive team that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Previous professional line cooking experience is essential. This position is not intended for entry-level cooks.

What You'll Be Doing

- Confidently managing the line independently during assigned shifts
- Preparing and cooking menu items with quality and consistency
- Managing multiple orders and maintaining efficiency during busy service
- Organizing and completing daily prep
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized kitchen
- Following established recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures
- Managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks
- Taking initiative and identifying what needs to be done
- Working collaboratively with kitchen leadership and team members
- Contributing to a positive, productive, and professional kitchen workplace

What We're Looking For

Experience & Independence

- Proven experience working as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
- Confidence in independently managing a kitchen line
- Strong cooking fundamentals, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
- Experience balancing cooking, prep, and daily kitchen responsibilities
