We are looking for an experienced, confident, and results-driven Medical Aesthetician who combines excellent treatment skills with a strong talent for sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping clients achieve their skincare goals while maximizing their earning potential through package sales and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional aesthetic treatments, including Luminous HydraFacial, diode laser hair removal, IPL treatments, facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other applicable procedures.
- Operate aesthetic equipment safely and confidently, following established protocols.
- Conduct skin consultations, assess client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Proactively recommend and sell treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products based on clients’ needs and treatment goals.
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings and package purchases.
- Build strong client relationships, encourage repeat visits, and generate referrals.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the clinic’s growth and revenue.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.
- Demonstrate a willingness and enthusiasm to learn new machines, technologies, and treatment techniques as the clinic expands its services.

Qualifications & Experience

- Completion of a recognized Medical Aesthetics or Medical Aesthetician program.
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics clinic, laser clinic, or professional spa.
- Hands-on experience with Luminous HydraFacial equipment,



diode laser hair removal, and IPL treatments is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatment protocols, and client consultations.
- Proven sales ability, especially in selling treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build trust and explain treatment benefits effectively.
- Self-motivated, professional, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and master additional aesthetic machines and advanced technologies.
- Laser safety certification is an asset.
