We are currently hiring 3–4 experienced Machine Operators to join a medical manufacturing company. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of hands-on machine operation experience, a strong understanding of machine controls, and a commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up machines and adjust operating settings as required.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify equipment issues and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are met.
- Follow production instructions and established operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on machine operation experience is required.
- Robust practical knowledge of machine operations, settings, and controls.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and monitor machine performance.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Openings
