Expert Tire Auto & Truck Certified Service is currently on the lookout for a current full-time Service Advisor to join the team at in our brand new shop. If you are a diligent worker and want to work in a great new environment and build a career with us in a brand new shop, we want to talk to you!

Our team performs skilled manual work, from scheduled maintenance to complex car repairs, we handle it all.

In this role, you would hold a crucial position in our shop as you would:

- Welcome walk-in customers and offer your assistance/knowledge
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Schedule service appointments
- Obtain comprehensive details on a vehicle’s symptoms and requirements and advise customers’ service decisions accordingly
- Prepare and relay work orders
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively
- Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
- Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Other duties as required

- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tires, and accessories (an asset)
- Knowledge of tools and equipment (an asset)
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license
