Century 21 In Town Realty is a family-run brokerage with offices in Yaletown, Coal Harbour, and Deep Cove. Serving clients across the Lower Mainland. We’re growing our property management division and hiring property managers at every stage of their career.

We’re hiring:

- Established property managers. You have a proven track record and a book of business, and you want a brokerage that supports your growth with a competitive commission structure.
- Current property managers. You’re licensed and new to property management. Our mentorship program will coach and train you to build and manage your own book of business.
- Pre-licensed (currently taking the course). You’re completing the BC Rental Property Management Licensing Course. Connect with us now so you have a brokerage ready when you’re licensed.

Please note: This is a commission based business opportunity only. You need a valid BC rental property management licence to provide property management services in BC.

What you’ll do

- Manage and grow your own portfolio of residential rental properties
- Find and screen tenants, and prepare tenancy agreements
- Handle rent collection, maintenance, and tenant communication
- Keep owners informed and build long-term client relationships
- Follow the BC Residential Tenancy Act and BCFSA requirements
