Position Summary
Driven Inc. looking for friendly and highly-motivated professionals to join our remote Customer Service team. The position will be fully remote, part time and doesn’t require any previous experience as all necessary training will be provided starting day one.

Main Duties
Answering the customer's queries through chats, emails and phone calls if necessary.

Giving proper and friendly information regarding company’s products and services.

Helping customers to track their orders, make updates in accounts and fix some issues.

Proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the system.

Keeping a professional attitude and quickly solving all problems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must currently live in Canada.
Education: High school degree or GED.
Experience: No previous experience is required,



entry level positions are accepted and training will be provided.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral English.

Equipment: Computer/laptop, stable internet connection and quiet working space.

Personal Traits: Patience, punctuality, attention to details and ability to work independently.
