Insight Global is seeking aSenior Product Owner(traditional Product Manager-level responsibilities) for a Big 5 banking client. This role focuses on owning and adjusting an existing product roadmap (and eventually creating new roadmaps) for a digital business banking product, ensuring successful partner and technology integration. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a product roadmaps.
Own thevision, roadmap, delivery and lifecycleof an open banking initiative for small business customers




Translate business priorities intoclear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritize and manage theproduct backlog, balancing strategic and tactical needs
Partner daily withengineering, data science, design, and analyticsteams to deliver value
Drivestakeholder alignment, product adoption, and usageacross the organization
Monitor product performance, remove blockers, and continuouslyimprove customer experience
Ensure solutions aredesirable, viable, scalable, and responsibly built
Lead delivery teamson roadmaps, leading agile pods through ceremonies and sprints (backlog refinement, sprint planning and execution).
$120-130,000 annually with 15% bonus.
