Outlier is seeking English-fluent contributors to help train AI models via live conversations and evaluation tasks. This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the chance to work on cutting-edge AI voice, image, and video projects.

You’ll rate output quality, identify issues like misalignment or awkward language, and provide explicit written explanations in English. Compensation includes hourly project pay with additional incentives through Missions.
