Your leadership will also include mentoring staff and promoting an integrated services approach that bridges SLR's technical capabilities with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for SLR’s power sector expansion
- Develop and execute growth strategies for market presence
- Liaise with developers, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders




- Mentor project management and technical staff for succession
- Champion client engagement, focusing on multidisciplinary solutions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in environmental science or related field
- 15+ years of environmental assessment experience in Western Canada
- Established reputation in regulatory engagement and client relationships
- Proven success in business development and high-quality service delivery
- Robust technical writing and communication skills
