Our client is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team and serve customers across Canada.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions Ensure thorough and timely follow

- up on customer files Inform and advise customers regarding products, promotions and policies Contribute to a positive and qualified customer experience REQUIREMENTS Fluently bilingual in French and English




- both spoken and writtenA year of experience in a call centre environment with high call volume
- mandatory Excellent communication and active listening skills Patient, courteous, empathetic and goal-oriented Comfortable using computer and digital tools, including MS Word and data entry WHAT WE OFFER Salary: $22/hour Schedule: 9:00 a.m.
