Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closes across three to twelve months
- Sell to owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders
- Open and close strategic multi-location roofing accounts
- Expand signed groups across locations and services
- Build proposals with strategists and leadership

Requirements:

- Record of closing $1M+ annually on large accounts
- Experience with multi-location or enterprise accounts
