Alpaca Canada seeks a Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer (CAMLO) to implement and advance AML/ATF policies in a regulated workplace. You will ensure ongoing compliance with CIRO, FINTRAC, and other regulators, lead the AML training program, and coordinate with the Head of Global AML & Sanctions Compliance to align across subsidiaries.
You will design risk-based monitoring, oversee reporting, and manage records retention while working with regulators, auditors, and senior management.
