As Manager, Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance, you will report to the Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance. You will transform traditional GRC capabilities into a technically oriented security risk advisory practice, strengthen collaboration across Technology and Cyber teams, and guide operating-model evolution. The role requires cybersecurity leadership, remediation assessment, and governance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cybersecurity professionals across technical risk advisory and security governance
- Transform GRC capabilities, standards, policies, and guidelines
- Define operating models, roles, processes, and engagement approaches




- Evaluate remediation using threat profiles, audits, incidents, and assurance findings
- Present metrics, risks, remediation progress, and insights to senior management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Ten years’ information technology or cybersecurity experience
- Three years managing technical or cybersecurity teams
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of OSFI B-13, OSC 52-109, and SOX
