As Director of Talent Search and Innovation, you will create physician recruitment processes, develop experienced nurse injector pipelines, and implement practical AI recruiting tools. The role also includes leading the existing talent acquisition team during mat leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design repeatable searches for plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians
- Source, engage, offer, and onboard physician candidates
- Build experienced nurse injector pipelines and transition support
- Pilot AI solutions across sourcing, screening,



and engagement
- Lead talent acquisition operations during mat leave coverage

Requirements:

- Senior talent acquisition or search experience
- Healthcare, aesthetics, or multi-site business experience preferred
- Track record of hard-to-fill, high-value hires
- Experience hiring physicians, specialists, or executives
- Comfort building processes, tools, and teams from scratch
