Lead production planning, resource management, and project delivery at PixMob’s Montreal headquarters, supporting global live-event experiences. Guide teams from planning through delivery with operational focus.

Reporting to the VP of Production, the Director of Production and Projects supervises ongoing projects and represents production stakeholders. The role coordinates sales, marketing, operations, products, HR, Finance, and IT. It combines project management, production oversight, budget planning, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate collaboration across internal teams from sale through delivery
- Optimize production-team planning, performance, assignments, and resources
- Supervise project delivery against deadlines and quality standards
- Manage production budgets, expenses,



and executive-level reporting
- Coordinate crisis communication with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant field
- Seven to ten years’ project management or production experience
- Event, audiovisual, or creative-context experience ideally
- Solid budget management, planning, and team leadership skills
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
