As a Live Demo and Sales Consultant, you will understand customer projects, recommend NewAge products, prepare quotes, and guide purchases. Success requires presentation ability, product knowledge, virtual communication, and sales experience. You will own opportunities from initial interaction through follow-up while creating personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and on-demand virtual product demonstrations
- Answer product, technical, installation, and service questions
- Qualify customers and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Prepare accurate quotes and assist with draft orders
- Follow up and maintain ownership of sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Two to three years of customer-facing or sales experience
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Consultative selling, upselling, cross-selling, and objection-handling skills
- Confident virtual presentation and on-camera communication abilities
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
