As Organic Growth Manager, you own search for multiple clients at an AI-first digital agency. Set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives. Work across technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and AI search visibility. Paid media remains a separate seat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report in GA4 and Search Console; maintain quarterly roadmaps

Requirements:

- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes personally
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Explicit spoken English for live calls with US clients
