As Data Architect and Team Lead, you will combine hands-on architecture expertise with people and delivery leadership. You will build reliable data pipelines, guide technical delivery, and collaborate with clients, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your work will support secure, high-quality data solutions for ambitious businesses and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage scalable data architectures and robust pipelines
- Implement Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake solutions
- Lead, mentor, and support data engineering team members
- Guide sprint planning, estimation, delivery,



and code reviews
- Ensure data security, governance, reliability, and quality

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Six-plus years in data architecture or engineering
- Two-plus years leading or mentoring technical teams
- Programming proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala
- Experience with cloud services, Spark, Kafka, and pipelines
