Position SummaryResponsible for Accounts Payable and general accounting activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, journal entries, cash management, and month-end support. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices and maintain Accounts Payable records.Review and reconcile expense reports and corporate credit card statements.Prepare and post journal entries.Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash reporting.Maintain vendor files and accounting documentation.Assist with month-end close, billing, and account reconciliations.Prepare reports and provide support to the Finance team.Minimum QualificationsDiploma or degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce.1-2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations.Intermediate Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an asset.The Amynta Group (the “Company”)
