Manage AnswerNet’s Linux, Windows, VMware, Azure, and AWS infrastructure full time, with Monday through Friday hours and after hours as needed. Support production systems, networks, and applications.

Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure & Security, this Systems Administrator maintains technology infrastructure and provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. The work includes proactive security, desktop support, server administration, and network management. AnswerNet supports contact centers across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor production systems and networks

Manage servers, applications, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 infrastructure support

Apply approved configuration changes and software patches

Document systems, inventory, IPs, and processes

Requirements:

Three years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree or recognized IT diploma

Production administration and monitoring experience

Linux, Windows, VMware, networking, and storage knowledge

Azure and AWS cloud platform experience

Apply systems administration, cloud, networking, and support expertise to maintain AnswerNet’s reliable, reliable technology environments.
