VHA Home HealthCare seeks an RPN with Advanced Foot Care Certification for visiting nursing services. You will support clients in community clinics, long-term care homes, and home-based settings. Care follows College of Nurses of Ontario standards, VHA policies, program procedures, and community health nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients and develop care plans

Coordinate home health nursing services

Provide comprehensive preventive and treatment-focused foot care

Reassess interventions and evaluate care results

Maintain documentation and report condition changes

Requirements:

Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

Recognized RPN diploma and Advanced Foot Care Certificate

Minimum 100 hours of foot care services

Valid First Aid or CPR certification
