EXACT seeks an experienced Manager, Hardware and Production Engineering to lead a small hardware and mechanical design team. You will own hardware execution, contribute to electronics development, and guide mechanical decisions. The work connects product engineering with reliable, repeatable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Set priorities, plan deliverables, and keep hardware projects scheduled

Contribute to system architecture, schematics, PCB layout, and troubleshooting

Guide enclosure, assembly, material, and manufacturing design decisions

Lead design reviews for reliable manufacturing, assembly, and testing





Coach engineers and co-op students while improving team practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field

Seven or more years of relevant hardware development experience

Hands-on electronics design and practical mechanical design experience

Solid schematic design, PCB layout, manufacturing, and troubleshooting skills

Experience leading engineers, managing priorities, and delivering projects
